On page 22 of the corporate presentation the Lotto-Baseline fault parallels the Appleton fault. This suggests that it is a barren, primary structure - white quartz and nothing more.
The gold is occuring in splay faults off the Lotto-Baseline fault. These faults seem to have a random orientation relative to the Lotto-Baseline fault. You can think of them as catch basins for the gold that once moved through the Lotto-Baselind fault. I doubt that they are connected except through the Lotto-Baseline fault.
Don't think of the Keates-Lotto long section as continuos mineralization. Think of the gold zones as oblique intersections with the Lotto-Baseline fault at these points.
Mining wise, if there is enough of them close enough together they can be considered distinct zones of the same mine.
