RE:# 1 on the TOP TEN BULLBOARDS

RE:# 1 on the TOP TEN BULLBOARDSYeah, I notice how there is significant more traffic on this board. And, yet, we assume NFG is not 'understood' by many people. The other day I posted my guess that the HUGE volume on the AMEX on the heels of this week's first press release was due to day traders/traders who were alerted by some software program of a strong up move in a random stock they had probably never heard of, and they jumped on board and blasted the Stock upwards in price and HUGE volume. Then, when NFG came off the HALT in Canadian trading, the much more experience Canadian mining investors looked at the news release, and said the $2 up move was way overdone for that particular news release, and they sold into the upmove, and drove the price back down. I sold a few shares into the $ 2 rise, but, I'm not very confident in trading, and possibly losing shares. So, when the second news release came out the next morning, I thought, oh s__t, I screwed up.....but, I bought back a few more shares than I sold at better prices. .....I am skeptical we'll ever see such discrepancies between the US and Canadian markets again. I doubt they'll halt in just one market again........ The better news release the next day had a 'ho hum' reaction, even though it was a much better news release. The AMEX had just a small fraction of the volume it had after the first news release. In looking at the price charts of a few of the Newfoundland stocks, they seem to be bottoming, and/or showing some nascent strength......
