why would Sprott before value is fully realized ???

why would Sprott before value is fully realized ???one very good reason  why Sprott might not so much sell but to do a share swap with a major is that it would solve a major problem that he has going forward ...that is liquidity...at the moment and for the foreseeble furture Sprott can not sell even a small portion of his holdings without severely damaging the value any of the holdings which he currently owns....doing a share swap with a major for all or part of his holdings instantly gives him liquidity...at the right price and with the right major it  could be something that he might consider appropriate for his circumstances
