I doubt they will give it away, but once again I will point out that MAJORS WILL NOT OVERSPEND EVER AGAIN FOR A PROPERTY! Most of them almost went bankrupt in the 2010-2011 madness! You can only sell for what the market is willing to pay. Talk of 10 or 20 baggers from here is an exercise in futility. Ain't gonna happpen.
From times before when they spent the big bucks for prospects most often they
were in inflated share prices....no fare but no foul. This time around I say it is
dfferent and not because of the unique find this is but gold is going into the
mother of all bulls and there will be rug pulled out like times past. Their finite
resources out there this time but at the same as gold goes to unbelieveable
levels they can make a lot of mistakes and smell like roses in the end. It is truly
different this time. Yes both CK & ES have said they would sell but you have to
realize the two of them realize what they have unlike a lot of buyers our there
and the price they will want will be too much for many. A lot will walk and that
to me only means it will be more likely NFG will go it alone and not sell on the
cheap.
I also think this is not the place and very unfair for you to call ES
a cold hearted investor surely a cheap shot and would prefer if you retract
such a characterization. IKE
