Unfortunately, the timeframe required to make any money is going to be quite lengthy, more then most here think. People like to dream quite a bit and make plans, put forth their scenarios of what is going to happen, how great the grades are and what is going to be made trucking the ore for processing, etc. but nobody puts any real cost figures on paper to flesh out this plan. How many of you have read the Marathon story from inception? Nuff said. Do you think it iwll be any easier for NFG? Not a chance.
Go take a look at other mines that have been developed over many years and are finally in production, and what it has taken to accomplish that task, from permitting to expenses of all sorts, and the current rising costs due to inflation can be overwhelming. Did you know all parts for equipment from the USA?
Forget about a major buying it either. Nobody wants to buy a pig in a poke without real numbers.
Get a clue, and forget about the nonsense you hear from permabulls. There is no reality in them, just the rah rah song of what they wish for.
