RE:RE:RE:Wow K2 is exploding with goldI don’t agree with this idea that raising money to explore for gold is dilution. They are exploring the site, it looks promising, and the fact they can raise money at all right now to look for more gold is beneficial. Or, accretive.
If they raised $50mil and spent it on drilling (or fat salaries and big parties as some here have complained) and at the same time also didn’t find any more gold in the ground, that would be pretty dilutive, to be sure.
But instead they have raised money in a tough environment for prospectors, and found more and more gold.
I agree with your idea that the SP is held back by the need to raise more capital. That’s the speculative part, which is what I am doing. I imagine they will continue to find more gold and that it will be worth multiples of what it costs to find it.
If they have to raise money again, sooner or later, and I hope they can, I will let my bet stand; even with a downturn in share pricing, since I am speculating the new money will generate more results like those to date, or better.
