Why isn't NFG benefiting from the price of gold?Neither is Snowline. Only the producers are benefiting from $2400 gold. There just isn't enough interest in gold explorers (yet) for their share prices to budge. You can say the same about Silver explorers and Copper explorers etc. All of this will change as these sky high commodity prices stick around and shortages loom.
To claim that NFG doesn't have any gold worth mentioning because it hasn't published resource estimates is nonsense. I'm sure that many of the big mining companies have been plotting up the 1000+ holes to date and have been crunching their own estimates. When the time is right they will act upon them.
