NFG stock had gapped up in early May from $7.10 to open at 7.40 or thereabouts and somebody told me they always come back to close the gap. Well guess what? The stock has done exactly that and come all the way back and filled the gap. So moral of the story is to always "Mind the Gap" lol

My apologies Mega ....you hit a nerve with me on the gap being closed. I do not regard this as reliable with any exploration company and not applicable. I traded commodities a lot in the 80s and knew every technical analysis of any chart. Yes. The ascent was so rapid there was no real level of support to fall back to. We will quickly refind the 8.5 PP price imo Just remember the case of Detour. Dropped as low as $3 from high of $40! Not many can stomach but they were bought by KL years later for $5B. The value is there. Share structure is tight. NFG is cashed up and potential will increase over time

Megacopper, take a look at page 14 of 37 of the Corporate Presentation, under Structural Setting. On the right hand side, the cartoon shows the Dog Bay Line on the left and the Grub Line on the right. Between them are 2 vertical white lines that could be the Appleton Fault and the JPL Fault. Looking at the entire cartoon, it tells me that the Grub Line is a thrust fault that is dipping to the west

  It makes total sense what you are saying. The GRUB line does play a major role and perhaps deep down the Appleton Fault and JBP Fault do intersect at the GRUB line along this deep seated structure. For those that don't know the GRUB line stands for the Gander River Ultrabasic Belt that represents a major tectonic fault between two tectonic plates. The Rock Doctor says some fellow

From my limited geology knowledge, I remember that gold ascends to near surface, mainly by carbonatized ultramafic rock, through a fault. It is the alteration fluids that carry the gold further to surface, where we have the Queensway zones. So the ultramafic rocks do play a major role in the

So tired of seeing players relinquish control for a quck buck and eliminate the little guys as collateral damage. Good post Likeike, Very true, about greed and pain.  The GAP has been filled.  Share price is attractive for all of the US investors to load up with. The strong companies with good assays results will move the others with so so results will continue their descent. I regret not buying when this stock hit the market, I invested in another that I continue to believe will outperform most

Bdog Yes 13.50 was intraday and alway is what chartists use. Gez your numbers put it at $.6.50 but still say $.6.88 as  that is what is called a full Fibanocci retrace or 61.8 percent Never hits the numbers exactly but usually a good indicator and always different interpretations or nuances. IKE

I put in a few cr@p bids that did not get filled.....guess just trying too hard to get the absolute bottom......which looks has been put in These are exciting times and so many ways for the company to  play the game.The sky is the limit or is it just our imaginations.
