Your right GGG every investor in newfound gold  did know a financing was in the works just not the exact day it was going to be key word every investor in newfound gold.  I think this financing is very positive and responsible it is a win win gets the company the money they need at a premium to the closing share price may I add and is going to help some charities in a huge way at a time
