Gold price not being followed by share price.

I think I might have the answer to why the share price is not following the ever increasing price of gold. Which is up over 2050 as I write this.

People that are purchasing gold are reacting to news, be it financial news, the value of the American dollar, and, or world troubles. The value of NFG will not be realized for several if not many years and this does not play into their safe haven scenario.

Gold is either been manipulated, likely, and is being purchased by sovereign banks and individuals as a safe haven. NFG will only fit into this for individuals once a resource estimate has been made and a mining plan is in place. 

Those of us that are in this stock for the long term should not be worried about the every day price unless we need the cash or wish to buy this stock at a likely, fire sale price. The same comments could and do apply to many if not most, exploration companies at the present time. This could change at any time. I definitely do not have any idea when NFG plan on announcing that they will start open pit mining, could be shortly but not likely until they have had the final seismic information and maybe not then. I agree, gold is and always has been very manipulated. Currently it's the PBoC in Shanghai and US banks currently trying to stabilize their dollar issuing excessive amounts of paper gold, naked short selling along with Institutional purchasing of extremely large amounts of futures with intent to cancel them later... This BS can only happen short term with gold, Banks only hold a fraction

gold price risng because central banks (mostly in the east) are still buying gold stocks aren't keeping pace because investors rely on cheap money to buy spec stocks. Hard to buy gold and other spec stocks when money is expensive.  eventually FOMO will come back and some of that cash collecting 5% in bank accounts will make it's way back into gold stocks.... look at uranium stocks.

At some point gold shares will get revalued many of the majors are already making good money and paying dividends with clean balance sheets once it becomes clear profits are increasing along with the gold price they will get revalued also with the coffers increasing with cash and resources being depleted daily they will begin to look for acquisitions and partnerships to keep thier feed supply of

they've been profitable for a long time just ask Bristow at Barrick.....he'll tell you over and over it's all about sentiment and words not about numbers  we'll get our day in the sun once sentiment turns just like my U-stocks...the market is no longer rational  follow the money....it's just not in precious metal stocks......yet good time for me to accumulate
