Thank you for that report on cut off grades and their impact on deposit economic outcomes. High grading is now near universal during the first 3-4 years for most new gold mines and understandably so . Reviewing once again to arrive at a coarse estimate of the likely grades of early mining by  open pit either Keats or Iceberg assays above 100 m , it's not unreasonable that , high graded ...more

Nozzpack,  the GGG is extremely satisfied with NFG's management, considering the extraordinary progress they have made in just a little over 3 years. After their initial discovery hole. NFG has already intercepted 369 high grade hole, with hundreds of other of other minable holes. It's obvious that NFG is still in a discovery mode, tryng to define their massive resource. Currently it ...more

My repeated demands that NFG use MAE mill ? What a crazy statement . Did you not know that NFG approached MAE for such a tolling MOU ....and wanted exclusively too..and then invested in MAE ? Read the NR in case your recall is indifferent to the facts . The only demands that I make is that early mining be given serious and warranted consideration both to generate internal cash flows ...more

Using MAE is merely an optrion that NFG could use if they decided to go small and maybe trial mine a small part of Keats. The GGG is hoping NFG has bigger plans than using MAE. Because you continue bashing NFG's management for not using MAE, it's apparent that you think it's the only option available to NFG. The GGG guesses that you are no longer a holder of NFG shares and have ...more

What bigger plans ? Are you delusional ?   The only excess milling capacity east of Abitibi resides with MAE. That is the only way that NFG can mine QW within 6 years or more ,other than building its own mills ,mining Camps and associated capital equipment . That will probably cost upwards to 1 Billion CAD. Based on Marathons experience , all current shareholders will suffer ...more

Until they drill to depth no decision should or can be made will they use this mill while building something more substantial or possibly expanding Mae or building something closer no one knows yet  you keep implying that if they don't open pit today they are doomed .They need to know where the gold is at depth before they decide which if any open pitting they will do .you just need to be ...more

The question arises as to how much time red tape bureaucracy would consume for a mining permit. Anyone have any idea ? Nozzpack, the NL government has stated that it wants 5 new mines up and running by 2030. We are pro-development but will not throw reasonable regulations out the window. There has to be no cleanup mess that taxpayers will have to fund.

Wajac, heaven forbid, but what if NFG is not on the list of 5?  What if other minerals are chosen and not a gold explo?  Who knows how many people will rise up and complain, as in locals? Nobody knows.  NFG has plans, I know, but they are not sharing.  We shall see, as this is all years down the road, shareholders are getting antsy, and I am sure the final grade of ore will be ...more

As mister negative speaks  you really think the goverment of newfound land wil not support this project or the people of gander give your head a shake both have already stated thier support . NFG has told us it's plans but some refuse to hear them  They are using the siemic to guide the next phase of the drill program to prove the deposit to depth as the geology suggests it goes to ...more

A little birdie told me you had another post removed.   If I was in the NF ministerial office studying the complete timeline for getting Maritime Resources up and running, Oh yeah, not quite there yet, and then wonder heck, do we need another one of these? How do you know the seismic was successful from the standpoint of gold discoveries? You don't.  You keep guessing and ...more

With all your always negative thoughts on newfound gold you must be very happy you don't own any shares in NFG .I Remember you stated you bought some but then it went up .07 and you said you sold  but we appreciate your continued effort to inform us why we are all doomed by holding this stock and your valent effort to save us from ourselves  There is more reasons to own NFG at this ...more
