Paper Gold swoons as the speculative decision of the Fed hangs in the balance .
Manipulative and collusive, and the shorts take every advanatage to cover during the two FOMC meeting days.
Its a buying opp as the Fed cannot raise rates as more banks will fail than already in trouble with huge losses in their balance sheet.
