Directors Buy Shares, Then Say: "Don't Buy Shares"The annual report as of Dec. 31, 2014 came out on SEDAR on April 9, 2015: "the Company is at the exploration stage and only has two projects for which the probability of receiving future economic benefits is low."
Why would they say this? Is this just management CYA from annoying shareholders?
