McGarry Township Property, Ontario The McGarry Township Property is located in McGarry Township, Larder Lake Mining Division,Virginiatown, Ontario. In 2001, the Company was granted an option to acquire a 100% interest in 16 mining claims pertaining to the McGarry Township Property.In May 2005, the Company hired Heath & Sherwood Drilling (1986) Inc. of Kirkland Lake, Ontario to carry out a drilling program on the property. As of date of report, the Company has paid $250,000 to the Optionor and a total of $300,000 work expenditure was incurred on the property.
In order to earn the 100% interest in the property, the Company will have to spend the remaining $300,000 exploration expenditures before June 26, 2006. 12. Subsequent Events Private Placements The Company has entered into a private placement for the sale of 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for a total of $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant for the purchase of one further common share of the Company within two years at a price of $0.15 per share.
