Countdown to February 27. I Am Done Here After That Day.Gorilladome47,

Execute, execute EXECUTE!
Expedite the execution of all that is being hinted at with this "PorocarbTM" entailing Heraeus deal.
There's a shipload more to this deal that has not been elaborated upon by Hugues Jacquemin & Co.

What's more, when there is nothin more forthcoming "soon", company's executives simply don't go to the expense of purchasing all these banner adds slots, here at Stockhouse and various other investors bulletin boards. The advertising campaign is afoot and Hugues Jacquemin & Co had better impress the daily viewers and would be investors being inundated with such advertisements at the various investors information bearing and distributing (propagating & broadcasting) websites.

That would mean that either other NeoGraf Solutions LLC stakeholders or the company which only recently poked it's head out and revealed itself as having taken up what appears to be the pole position here with NGC, Germany's Heraeus Group, may actually go on a spending spree before the expiry (for second time) of that NGC obtained option to purchase part or all of NeoGraf Solutions LLC equity.

It's possible that Heraeus Group would act as a "highly interested" NGC intermediary, electing to utilize that perhaps already exchanged and transfered NGC option to purchase part or the entirety of NeoGraf Solutions LLC equity ownership?
Such a possibility is just part of my fluid working theory here and such an outcome could ultimately have
BASF injecting itself into the entirety of Northern Graphite Corporation's business enterprise.
An injection like BASF would be like an injection of epinephrine straight into the heart of this NGC enterprise.
Such a result would be stratospherically impacting the NGC.V share price.
At that point, with either Heraeus Group's or BASF's consent and supported NGC debt financing, NGC could offer all the debt it needs to issue, in order to undertake anything and everything required going forward.

I would likely know more about which companies outside of China would be suitable partners for NGC, as pertains to the actual SPCG "BAM" component manufacturing.
I am not willing to give up on the Graphex Technologies LLC partnership and the very question of that Oil.com editor authored article stating that NGC had early this year established a partnership agreement with Graphex Technologies LLC for the joint commercialization of SPCG "BAM" does remain.
That author's comments within that particular article have yet to be addressed by Hugues Jacquemin & Co.

From comments made by John DeMaio within the article which I mentioned, I gathered that Graphex Technologies LLC isn't interested in the costs to developing graphite mines; and yet, a joint ventured into partnership with NGC Battery Materials Group for the development and commercialization of SPG anode component being necessarily coated with the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode additive product would fit in nicely for both companies.
NGC now has the weight of political appointee and retired U.S Major General, Albert C. Zapanta, supporting NGC's cause with the U.S. and Canadian Government, in terms of grants and loans, etc; and we know that Graphex Group Technologies LLC needs the "U.S friendlies" owned NASDAQ-listed SPAC merged with "legitimacy", with which to seek and immediately attain those U.S. Government grants, loans and other forms of assitance to be made available for it's cause.

My working theory includes the very real possibility being that the very financial backers "fronting" the purchase of Graphex Group Technologies LLC by that NASDAQ-listed SPAC are in fact some of the very financial backers who "fronted" the purchase of NeoGraf Solutions LLC by Edgewater Capital Partners on behalf of Northern Graphite Corporation.
As I said, there has been a certain company or companies which are shaping up a behemoth of a U.S. domiciled company being brought together; and once it actually gets done, it's going to be done before you can blink an eye.

Anywho, no news by the 27th and I am done contributing at the Stockhouse NGC investors bulletin board.

Tick- tock. Tick- tock goes the clock.

Get'er Done Hugues Jacquemin & Co!
Make it so!
