I'll suggest you keep your attention affixed on whether the deal for 100% purchase of Graphex Technologies LLC equity by that NASDAQ-listed SPAC is finally consummated.
After all, I speculated that the same financial backer having "fronted" for Nothern Graphite Corporation the purchase price of NeoGraf Solutions by Edgewater Capital Partners, would be the very same financial backer currently outright controlling the NASDAQ-listed SPAC which has offered to purchase 100% of Graphex Technologies LLC equity.
It could be (I'm not entirely convinced though) that NGC is destined to become part of a much larger corporate entity which is U.S. based.
We don't know it yet, never the less, I do suspect Hugues Jacquemin & Co placed the entire farm into the control of a mutually agreed upon (by Sprott, Imerys SA et and others of course) German based corporation.
I also suspect such a corporation is once again reconstituting a multitudes of business verticals integrating U.S. based subsidiary corporation; a company which would also hold pole position access to all the assets controlled by Northern Graphite Corporation, along with all the assets and the vast array of technological IP and capabilities owned and customers serviced by NeoGraf Solutions LLC and also 100% of the assets controlled by Graphex Technologies LLC.
It's either something along those lines or Northern Graphite Corporation is . . .
