RE:LOI’s Lets Make It Happen

RE:LOI’s Lets Make It Happenyouknowwhat,

My previous suggestions with respect to Graphex Technologies LLC had been made . . .
Suffice to say Graphex Technologies LLC and it's parent company have not as yet accepted the proposed offer
for the purchase of 100% of Graphex Technologies LLC from the stakeholders vested of a NASDAQ listed Special Purpose Acquisition Company, "SPAC".
What's more, I believe I read something stated by John DeMaio,
Graphex Technologies LLC CEO, regarding Graphex Technologies LLC not wanting to be invested in the ownership and operation of a graphite mine or mines.
Hmm? Then again, when Mr. DeMaio made such comments, the NGC.V share price was not exactly trading nearer to a 50% discount to NGC's book value per share price and NGC management had not at that time actually filed that $100 Million base shelf prospectus and weren't about to file ("I Don't Like Mondays", "Tell Me Why I Don't like Mondays" . . .) the very supplement to the final base shelf prospectus.
Clearly, the "FIRE SALE" sign has since been prominently affixed to the Northern Graphite Corporation enterprise and it could be (somehow I doubt it though) that Mr. John DeMaio and "employed others" could elect to take up (perhaps on the sly") portions of an At The Market" type equity offering before anything at all could be allowed to progress amongst Graphex Technologies LLC and Northern Graphite Corporation. Again, it's doubtful.

By the way, Syrah Resources Limited share price is really having a difficult go as of late. On Friday, Syrah Resources Limited share price closed roughly $0.03 away from it's 52 week low.
Now that is certainly interesting.
