I guess you too would be simply waiting for the coming massive and material dilution to nearest to completely annihilate your NGC.V equity investmet value before dumping.
I wrote this company off (on paper that is) and so too did the equities investment community at large.
Hugues Jacquemin ET AL can't raise any capital without giving away the farm. Everybody and their cousins know this.
Northern Graphite Corporation is "a dead company being slow walked", so to speak.
CCAA proceedings could be in the cards. It's possibly how the final shifting, shuffling and dealing away to privately sought out parties would ultimately be facilitated.

It's simple. Don't expect anything from Hugues Jacquemin ET AL and you won't become even more disappointed.
The Honorable Albert C. Zapanta, former U.S. Major General, simply knows that without that $100 Million equity financing initiative (e.g. an At The Market type of NGC.V equity offering) being forthwith pursued and necessarily undertaken by or on behalf of Northern Graphite Corporation, there is less likelyhood - i.e. if any likelihood at all - that U.S. Government representatives or representatives of The Government of Canada would elect to consider sending and in fact send NGC any form of desperately needed assistance, e.g. capital grants, loans/credit facility, direct equity investment, etc.
If hope ever made any difference - it does not -, I would obviously hope to be absolutely wrong about this NGC.V equities investors fleecing facilitating corporate vehicle and those 'Missionaries On Assignment" currently milking "the only North American based graphite miner" "grift", so to speak, for all it's worth.
