Heraeus Group is to receive control over a specified mesh grade and specified amount of graphite material (i.e. company assets) in exchange for the now discovered as having been deemed as much worth less (not worthless) assets and capabilities purchased from Heraeus Group.
 

in a post you stated the above. Can you direct me to where you saw this?  I have gone through SEDAR filings and I can not see where it indicates that Heraeus Group has control over  mesh grade and specified  amount of graphite material.

youknowwhat, Are you suggesting that in all your searching of the company filings at SEDAR you haven't discovered exacttly how the company's representatives stated NGC would be paying for the assets and capabilities which were purchased from Heraeus Group? That is correct. One of the pertinent press releases clearly stated that excess graphite would be utilized by "the company" ...more

My understanding is NGC sells Porocarb and pays Heraeus Group 2% of the sales price of Porocarb. I do not understand how Heraeus has control over certain mesh sizes of NGC graphite. It. Is my understanding that Porocarb is a synthetic product. so if there is a sale for a $1000 then $20 is sent to Heraeus for payment according to the press release.  Then again I found the press release ...more

Youknowwhat, The fact that anybody who read the following statement within the press release in question could be left to wonder about what excess production capacity, other than NGC's excess graphite material, is going to be sold and proceeds derived therefrom utilized to pay for the assets purchased form Heraeus Group; that is concerning to say the least. Youknowwhat, " NGC will be operated by Northern and financed by selling excess production capacity to partners and other material developers. Northern will pay Heraeus a 2% royalty on sales of all Porocarb products." Northern Graphite shares up on news of battery materials group launch - MINING.COM
