What a gong show
Does anyone here know any direction at all this company is taking...we do a little LOI over here, a little non binding over there...let this expire, let that expire...walk away from this, don't comment on that...???
I implore anyone from the company to please come on this forum and show me, demonstrate to me how I am wrong that this company if being run into the ground by a group of incompetent managers.
1) execution
2) market messaging
3) capital market management
The three pillars of a junior public company. How many of those has HUGUES and others accomplished? ZERO. HUGUES has utterly failed at every single one of those categories...and by execution HUGUES, I dont mean paying yourselves options and a big fat salary...I mean real tangible company catalysts that investors don't need the assistance of 'tea leaves' or fortune tellers in order to decipher what the NR is actually trying to say...
Our market communications has been an absolute disaster, Thank you Pav Jordan. Please go back to the BMO. We have the best story to tell in the industry with the best assets, and nothing but crickets...what do you actually do all day every day to justify your salary????????
.15 well done HUGUES...well done. You have been the CEO of this train wreck for two plus years, and what have you accomplished other that market cap and share price destruction? I would love to hear from you...please show me how I am wrong. Show all shareholders how what we view as incompetence, is anything else but...where is our leadership? The last investor call, you had to read off a piece of paper when addressing shareholders? Could you not show us just a little bit of respect and take some time out of your day to prepare enough to not read off a script???? Is that too much to ask?
So very disappointing. Have you ever thought to yourself...why is northern the only company where shareholders are turning on their CEO and management team? Why do you think that is HUGUES? Go and read other graphite forums and you will see no one else is turning on their management teams...NOU, Focus, Nextsource, GraphiteOne....go and read their posts...Northern is the only graphite stock that has lost the faith and confidence of their retail shareholder base. You are a failure and a disgrace.
All of you need to cancel all 2023 options. You deserve none of them and you should all be fired.
...and Greg Bowes, as Chairman of the Board overseeing this disaster, shame on you for allowing this to go on as long as it has.
Enough is enough. Everyone here needs to go to twitter and make your concerns heard on that platform. Stop complaining, and start becoming active and voicing those concerns on a more public and accountable platform...and if you are too old to know twitter, it's now call X....google it...sign up and comment on the NGC page.
