Stock options

Stock options The issuance of stock options does not inspire confidence as these options were given away at cost, with no premium in them.

I would have issued stock options (sat triple the amount or 3 million shares) but with one condition, they are exercisable only at $ 5 per share, meaning I want performance.

Giving employees options at cost, when they could buy it on the market themselves at same price, is not much of an incentive.

Looks like options were given away to try to keep employees
intact more than as an incentive.

This is another very telling sign of pending results!!!!

My personal opinion,

Good Luck to Everyone,
