Undoubtedly, however the company would now be close to 250M fully diluted shares in your example - thereby diluting the upper reasonable bound of the share price by 40% over what it was in mid 2008 (especially if you include the interest in the msot recent financing). You can certainly understand a long term holder's consternation at such dilution...
