Most important thing in a junior is management.McNeil has got to be one othe worst chairman ceo ever to grace the tsv.Do your dd.May move up some but won't ever reach its full potential with him at the helm.Be careful with this one.Imho.Look at the previous posts re getting the gold out of the ground,those are all McNeil and board decisions.Starting production?FYI they have been producing for a couple of years.
