RE: Private Placement.Apologies for goofy post appearances.
I usually use WordPerfect to write my posts.
Then I cut and paste into the BullBoard Post window.
This worked very well for my last 300 posts.
Now I have started trying to use the Beta Stockhouse and I see that extra lines are often being added.

Of the 100K shares of NGP that I control, about 30K of them were thru the private placement (PP). It was the first private placement that I have been lucky enough to be involved with. Recently I got a bill for $100 from my stockbroker, something to do with bringing these strange PP shares into my account. So guess that it means that these PP shares can now be sold by the PP share owners.
I had been warned these ‘low lives’ could dump there shares at that moment, but boy was Monday a doozy. (Doozy is a slang word for the Duesenberg 12 cylinder automobile built about 80 years ago. It implies powerful among other things.) I assume that this phenomena will soon pass and things will snap back on track. The sooner the better.
I am here to build civilization, to see this project through, and to hopefully reap some rewards for being successful. Could this stock pay some nice dividends some day?
By the way, I have 30K warrant coming down the track. Does anyone know the details?
Is there a chance that I could somehow loose out by not paying attention?
