This is a big topic nowadays. Where are they going to use the CAD$7 Million Private Placement tho? Wanna ask them in this event they speak at?

From the PR: The net proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Company to increase the number of available FuelPositive carbon-free ammonia systems to deploy into high profile demonstration projects throughout 2022

The market reaction today suggests that it was blindsided by this financing as the co. said as recently as Sept 15 Wainwright presentation that it was fully funded to produce the prototype. I'm thinking more money is required to do the prototype but not all the $7 million raised so that's how the co. can spin it that proceeds are for demo units. Judging by the pictures of these units they

Those from  PR should also be commenting on the pumping and dumping taking place...it's shameful that this is allowed to occur repeatedly. The latest setting off concern or worse that those in management roles cannot be trusted .From the top going on down and other assets.
