Latest News and financing MONTREAL , Oct. 23, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Mondias Natural Products Inc. (TSXV: NHP) (the "Company" or "Mondias ") announces that it has agreed to amend certain terms of its proposed acquisition of Lumiera Health Innovation Inc. ("Lumiera"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. ("Tetra"), as previously announced on July 23, 2020 ( here ) (the "Proposed Transaction").

Ok, so I have to ask the obvious question: Does this financing and re-arrangement (version 5.0) come with a great pair of elbow and kneepads?
Les Boys from downtown montreal and south shore moving money from Tetra to Lumiera to Mondias to Lumiera to Tetra to Mondias now called Lumiera is like following a cow through a field and they really want us to think they are corporate and market geniuses.
Another financing at a premium to market for such an anaemic little company sends the most arrogant sign to small cap investors. Unless of course you have solved something so unique that the consumer healthcare market will turn on its head to get a piece of your stock? I am guessing if it was a great porfolio of promissing products Tetra would have kept it for themselves?
IMHO its time to ask OSC to take a deeper look at this one because its past its best before date.
