NILI closes second tranche of PP for $400k Surge Battery Metals (NILI.v NILIF) has closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $408,082.
To date, NILI has raised $908,082 and expects to close additional tranches of the PP by April 27, 2023.
The proceeds of the pp will be used for exploration and development on its assets which include the British Columbia Nickel Project, Nevada North Lithium Project, the Galt Property in Nevada , and the Teels Marsh Project in Nevada.
