When there is a BUYOUT offer and it is a reasonable sound offer to the SURGE BOARD, it will be released in a NR to the public and the stock will be HALTED! I say before the MRE is out! :)

By the way, did you notice that there hasn't been any buys from insiders lately. I think they have an offer and they can't buy shares as that would be insider trading. ALL IMO!
