RE: trading

RE: tradingLooks like some buying today, funny to buy because it's your last chance before delisting.  I guess that can happen at close today?

One might think there will be salvage of a trading venue of some kind and a bit of a boost from that commitment.  I'd think any such plan would include a stock consolidation.  Good for insiders, not so good for retail holders.

Still, their are people buying bankrupt companies on the day they were finally scheduled to disappear.  Hoping beyond hope for the laws of the land to change.

The one thing here is that Napier, the company, will still exist after delisting.  With assets, no liabilities other than the apparently hopeless task of generating a profit.  What is the tax loss value for a company in the same industry?  Has to be more than the $1.3 million cap showing at the moment.

Still are still things to play out here in my opinion.
