Raising money at 45 cents
no warrants, lots of insider buying... 15 million bucks, will be lots of drilling on the way...

sorry it's 15m shares... Not dollars. I think it said they'd now have 19 million in cash.... So they really don't need to raise yet but I guess they want a bigger stake!

yes 19 million will do lots of drilling... Should be lots of news this year. They wouldn't be loading up at 45 if they didn't think it was going to be multiplies, We're in good company.

Nice to have insiders buying at markert instead of at a huge discount to the current price. Kudos to management.
