I think that they will wait until demand increeases again after China lockdowns. Something else to remember is that they sold a little less than half their normal amount for the same period but the proce of nickel was around 2x what it was previously, irgo though the volume was less RAMU is probably within 10-15% the same revenue amount as the previous quarter.  

We've seen this pattern before, majorly in March 2020 and in smaller ways a few times since. Best strategy is to hold on, buy more if you can and remember that the story for nickel really is just getting started. 

Remember, this is commodities folks! Good things come to those who wait!!
