Stock Buyback or Tesla 4680 High Nickel Battery Tech???

The shares of Nickel28 seem to have more buyers than sellers this week.  I know Tesla is encouraging other EV Battery makers to adopt the 4680 Battery tech which is high in nickel and has little to no Cobalt.  Fascinating times for the Nickel Market!!!
