LME warehouse stock levels!

6 months ago LME stocks were slightly above 220 kt. Today they are down to almost 97 kt. Any insight on the price impact if LME stocks go down to alarming levels, and what are alarming levels?

Obviously supply and demand. I would expect that starting a new mine or increasing production is not done in a matter of days. My question is more about speed of depletion vs replenishment of stocks and where is the danger zone based on LME stocks!
