The famous February letter!

Many, including myself, were wondering who could have sent that letter/offer in February. Now we know. If Pelham are righ about their comments, it looks like management are in this game for themselves and only themselves.
The baord added quickly a third board member to be in synch with the rules, they have no interest in quickly paying the debt because every year they vote themselves a bunch of options, etc.
In fact, management did not dare sharing some sensitive info to us share holders from that February letter. 
I am quite astonished by all this and look forward to get some sort of explanation from the board. Perhaps Pelham were too aggressive and they are trying to twist the story to their own advantage. There are often two sides to a story.

Indeed. For me the amount proposed isn't really interesting and aligned with the value of the company.  When, we look on the share own by the board, isn't so much. If we don't want that optiond are granted, we ca' just vote against. Also, at the beginning, how the board members should be paid when there is no money? Remembered that without the sell of giga stocks, nickel 28 ...more

Come on, get out to reality, they are fully compensated without increasing the share count with 5% via RSU every year.
