Dear management

I do not understand how Pelham's tender to buy existing shares is value destroying. I do understand how large grants of free shares to management on top of generous salaries are value destroying to existing shareholders. Please address that in your next missive.

100% correct @Enjoytheride.  I m really thinking to sell my shares to Pelham. And when their tender is succesfull, i buy them back later. This way, Pelham can enter the board of directors.

We thought the same thing.  They should move up the bid amount by 20%.  That will get people interested.

Maybe that will be the next step. This is the only way how we can stop the  management of being greedy. If a new party joins the board of directors,  that will only be positive for us. Especially when that party is an investment group. They only hole is to create value.  We should all sell to Pelham.   Later, we can buy the stocks back, Ok, maybe at a hire price, but at ...more
