RE: RE: Juan Da Fuca Transmission Line
RE: RE: Juan Da Fuca Transmission LineLets clarify a little, one comment you make appears to be for this project, another appears to be against it? Either way, its irrelevant.
The HVDC transmission line will ultimately connect Alaska to California through BC and all the islands, including the one the Natives claim is theirs. Have I looked at a map you ask?
It's all in the fine print, this project started in 2004, achieved all the permits needed including the EIS. Its scheduled to begin later this year and be operational in 2013. The map would should you phase one, connecting Victoria to Washington. That's just the beginning, just like the 396 MW Naikun is going to build in Phase one. Do you even realize their project is over 1500MW's when complete? Forget about 100 plus wind mills, were talking hundreds of them!!!!! They just down scaled it to fool a few naive Natives.
Complaining here won't stop anything, you'll just make me happy knowing your so irate over this project ultimately proceeding. You need to rant to people that care, lets see, that's no one, not even the council!
