RE:Question

RE:QuestionIs a new environmental assessment is required? A lot was done during the past 10 years in that regard. The CEO thought that because the footprint of the windfarm will be smaller, than back in 2010, (because of less turbine required now) that maybe no further studies were required.

My guess, the windfarm was to have have multiple phases. The potential contemplated area will much much larger than just for 400MW. It would then be prudent to get the needed permits and environmental ok for a larger area 1700MW capacity before anything is started.

Anyway, 2-3 years to obtain all the permits. And assuming the financial close occurs, then Oceanic receives some money and goes into debt to finance their 10%.

Also does Northland have to secure a tentative PPA before doing the environmental assessment? The question is how long will this take.

2-3 years of construction and it's 2027.
