Trying to find some info.I think the project is moving to the next phase, the detailed Development Plan. The Investigative and Monitoring phase was the first one.
Public input being requested and further consultation with the Haida.
If so, then by their timeline (Investigative License Application Nov 2020), at least a clear avenue to securing a PPA must be in place.
