Another windfarm example
This was for the "onshore" Okanagan Wind project. A faster timeframe than an offshore project, as a provincial standing order for additional electricity was in place.
(For Hecate/Northland I expect a longer timeframe due to the size, complexity, input/approvals required, and also there is no standing offer for additional electricity).
But from the investigative licence application, to getting an EPA, the Okanagan Project was 1.5 years.
