Being clear here.. no one I've seen is in this stock for the sole reason of hoping for a buyout. Everyone here is in the stock because of reasons like: great management, great land package, etc. Never go into a stock for the sole reason of wanting a buyout. 9 times out of 10 it won't work out for you.
