My concerns are the lithium market in general and NLC's market cap.  It is about 120M now, with about can$50M cash, the equity portion of NLC is only $70M.  What type of strategic partner(s) we will have?  at what price?

IMO, NLC's asset is so attractive, if somone is buying NLC out right now, our shareholders will not realize the real value of NLC has.  So the management need to promote the company, and increase the SP.

I no longer believe NLC will be bought out.

I disagree with you slightly. I don't believe management cares about the current market cap & stock price. Management has gone out to advertise the company, but I already feel that they have enough institutional investors & cash. It's just currently a bad lithium market.

All NLC management has to do is go out and convince a few companies the value of their project. NLC will, in my mind, get a partner that understands it's value because more than one companies will be bidding to be a partner.
