RE:RE:RE:RE:Article NLCIf NLC is confident in finding a partner this year it probably means they already have multiple offers. Management are already heavily invested in this company and have made clear they are not looking to sellout.

If they wanted a quick buck they would just sell the company. They are not stupid, and would not create a partnership with a cheap valuation.
