the only question I don’t know is if I should sell some of my poor performers to buy even more NLC... I do not see any other company with such an INSANE discounted stock price. Their valuation is currently 50% cash.

i think they will end up having a, conservative, 2B NPV soon. Call it a 50% partnership. 0.5*2B/45M (current project valuation at this stock price). I would say the stock price can go up about 22 times from here
