We have two risks that may kill entire project, pilot plant can fail the test and, for example, NLC would need extra 300M for CAPEX and environement, the lake is in protected area.

There is no reason why pilot plant would not work and there is no any negative indication from government, community, non-profits re. envir. issue..

Still, NLC will ask for 350M initial investment, there are not many Musks out there who will not care about risk of losing everything.

I was with LAC when Waldo start talking about JV. It took 6-8 month to find one, SQM that paid 25M for 50% of LAC. That was the time when oversupply or Australian rocks were not anywhere in view. It is harder now and NLC has strong instututional investment base, they may set limit to dilution too.

We will wait. NLC fundamentals are stellar and management is OK - normally it is a great combination.
