RE:RE:RE:RE:This new deal..This is a great signal for long term shareholders. The Warrants are priced at $3.05 and that is the new floor for the SP. If the deal does not close within 2 months of February 10, 2021 because the OSC does not approve the deal in the timely manner, then the warrants will be entitled to 1.1 common shares per warrant. In other words, they will get a price per share of ~$2.77.

The purpose of these proceeds as stated in the news release is to "advance construction of the concentration pond system", which may have been required to complete the DFS.

At the end of the day, the objective Management is trying to achieve is get the financing and this is another step towards that and further de-risks NLC.

In the short term traders may force a SP pullback but long term investors will be smiling and accumulating even more shares.
