The transaction will:
1 unlock value and provide a significant benefit to shareholders,
2 removing any:
2.1 technical execution risk,
2.2 dilution risk,
2.3 commodity price risk,
associated with developing the 3Q Project.

The arrogant basturds find that they have to unlock our value in the company in what they find a "significant benefit".
They find it necessary to protect us from three separate forms of risk.
We are risk takers, we are venture investors for crying out loud, don't use such an argument against us.
