Agreed! Before a Chinese entity with state backing comes in sniffing for the two metal groups that they love as much as anything; HREE and gold, and in Africa. NCM controlling interest is held by two entities and I doubt they feel an obligation to Japan when it comes to making serious hard cash. Japan vs China - could be one of the buyout  battles of our time as JOGMEC has little interest ...more
