Namibia CM - buyout target?

Read some intriguing speculation by a colleague. Shenghe may lose future LREE feedstock from MP and H/LREE from Greenland Minerals projects? Now looking to buy into Peak for LREE? Is Namibia CM next in Shenghe sights for that HREE feedstock? One of the few available heavy projects for Chinese to buy at market and in Namibia a Chinese commodity favorite. Interesting speculation
