RE: Shares for Debt

RE: Shares for DebtHmmm, what would have happened if the parties had not accepted the shares for debt? Doing  business this way might not be the best way as service company's will wonder how they will be remunerated, shares or cash????? This could prove to be an obstacle down the road when trying to aquire the services of companys involved in the servicing and drilling of wells.Maybe the current SP is a true reflection of where the company is??????
