I also have some questions. If as some posters have stated NOG was the big winner and walked away with all the chips then why have they not cancelled the 30 million share PP with associated warrants. All we can assume from the suit and subsequent NRs is the company can proceed on the Joffree land parcel.They have released some fantastic plans and as usual there is no business plan to accompany it. This is just my thought process, without definitive information all i can safely assume is the company has the right to proceed on the disputed lands, and that they have to finance the exploration themselves.
